Nice location near attractions and the golf course. Breakfast had a lot of options. Elevators were slow, especially during busy times.

Breakfast buffet had a nice variety, but the seating was super limited. The parking lot is multi-level and challenging to navigate. Nice views from the dining area and clean rooms, but they have a musty smell. Suite was spacious and ideal for families, but the sofa bed was not comfortable for sleeping.

The beds are really comfy and the rooms cool down nice. The breakfast on the 9th floor was a great view and the jacuzzi in the room is a fun touch.
It wasn’t inexpensive but still worth a look.

I loved the spacious two-bedroom suite that was perfect for family time! The friendly staff made sure all my requests were met, and the location was absolutely ideal. Can't beat the convenience of having everything right at your doorstep!

Clean rooms, cozy atmosphere. Beds were fine for me, but not for my husband. The breakfast surpassed expectations—more options would elevate it further. Warm pool was enjoyable; my son appreciated the gym and game rooms. there’s room for improvement. Issues with hot water upon arrival were inconvenient. Elevators weren’t consistently operational, creating safety concerns. Some parts of the room showed signs of neglect, like mold that shouldn’t be present. Despite challenges, staff were friendly and professional, making us feel welcome. The excellent location near attractions adds appeal, and the price was a steal. With enhancements, this could be a standout establishment.

The Grand Plaza Hotel's location is fantastic, close to numerous family activities. The staff we interacted with were genuinely pleasant, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. While the breakfast was good, the hotel could use some maintenance.

The jacuzzi in the king suite is a fantastic way to unwind. The quick check-in and check-out make you feel like royalty, and the breakfast staff truly deserve a standing ovation.
Parking can turn into a nighttime treasure hunt.

Chillin' at Thousand Hills Golf Course, swingin' like pros, then sippin' on divine wines at Mount Pleasant Winery - epic vibes! Best vacay with the crew!
The only bummer was not having a happening nightclub nearby for us to bust some moves and party all night long.

Friendly front desk staff made a good first impression. the carpets and curtains carried an unpleasant smell that lingered despite attempts to address it. The shower had strong pressure and plenty of hot water, which was a relief. Breakfast was a letdown—overcooked items, messy cleanup, and limited drink options. Room 725 had plumbing issues, and housekeeping seemed short-handed; towels were often lacking. Some areas showed neglect, like dusty surfaces and outdated decor. Nice location, but the overall experience left much to be desired, especially with maintenance and cleanliness.

beautiful location, beautiful amenities with convenient access to major theatres just a block away and a friendly staff that made check-in smooth and enjoyable.

The location was convenient. The view from the room was nice, but that’s where the positives ended. The bed was uncomfortable, with flat pillows and poorly made sheets. Temperature control was lacking—our room heater didn’t work. The bathroom was adequately stocked, and the dispensers for soap and shampoo were a nice touch. the shower pressure was overwhelming, which knocked my son off balance. Housekeeping was subpar; we never received new sheets or proper towel service. The outdated decor was noticeable, with ripped shower curtains and frayed towels throughout.

This hotel is an absolute gem for anyone who loves exploring new cities with its fantastic proximity to some of Branson's most popular attractions like the World’s Largest Toy Museum which is just about 2.5 kilometers away and the famous Hollywood Wax Museum sitting less than 1.5 kilometers down the road making it super easy to stroll around and visit amazing spots like the Music Factory and the Grand Village Shops both within a pleasant 10 to 15-minute walk;

Great location, close to all attractions and the convention center. Enjoyed the convenience and the delicious hot breakfast served by the friendly staff. The room had a functioning air conditioning system, providing a comfortable stay despite the hot weather outside.
Some downsides included long waits at check-in with limited staff, occasional issues with the air conditioning in public areas, and broken elevators. The outdated furniture in rooms and common areas was uncomfortable, and the hot tub water was not well-maintained.

Located near Thousand Hills Golf Course and Mount Pleasant Winery, our family had a blast exploring a mini-golf course and sipping on tasty wines. The convenience of these fun spots added an extra layer of enjoyment to our family trip.
My wife says that a dedicated kids' play area would enhance the family-friendly experience.

Enjoyed a luxurious view with delicious Prime Rib and Catfish. Couldn't resist the hot complimentary breakfast with local ingredients. The unique view from the hotel was breathtaking.

we just had a fantastic stay at grand plaza hotel! the location is unbeatable, with amazing views and cozy, clean rooms. the staff, from our wonderful maid to the breakfast team, were all very friendly and professional. we especially appreciated the great deal we got for the price, making us feel right at home.

The location was super convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The breakfast spread was tasty and gave us a good start to the day. Plus, the night staff were very friendly and helpful whenever we needed extra bedding or assistance.

Just wanted to share my experience staying at the Grand Plaza. It was a bit frustrating, especially during the warmer nights. On the bright side, the tea and coffee facilities in the room were a nice touch. It was great to be able to make a cup of hot tea in the evening before bed. the mini-bar was a bit lacking and could have had a better selection of drinks and snacks. The sitting area in the room was cozy and offered a nice spot to relax and unwind. The Wi-Fi in the rooms worked well, which was convenient for staying connected during my stay. I was disappointed to find that there were no free toiletries provided in the room. It's a small detail, but it would have been a nice addition for a more comfortable stay. The carpeted floor in the room seemed a bit worn and could have used a deep cleaning. It looked a bit dirty in some spots, which was off-putting. my stay at the Grand Plaza had its ups and downs.

We had a fantastic time staying at this hotel in Branson. The location was perfect, right off the main strip and next to the outlets. It was convenient to have easy access to restaurants, dining, and shopping. The hotel facilities were excellent, from the comfortable beds to the clean pool and spa. We especially enjoyed the jacuzzi tub in our room. The staff was helpful and friendly, making our stay enjoyable. we had a great experience staying at this hotel and would definitely consider returning.
The room was in need of some maintenance. There was a piece of the carpet missing and the shower curtain was barely hanging on.

Great location for walking to Tanger Outlet Mall, indoor pool, hot tub, workout room, and game room.
Felt really comfortable, no complaints whatsoever.

hotel was clean - great location near the strip and outlet mall. local insights were helpful. breakfast buffet was decent and the staff were very friendly.
